Japanese Translator

Location : Beong Kok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Job Responsilities:
- Provide information on the direction of the service strategy, the market, competitor trends, economic and market trends, internal resources, and the direction of the Daikin Group
- Aggregate and provide various service data (KPIs, sales)
- Monitor, review and keep all service processes up to date. Point out areas for improvement in current processes to the service manager and drive potential changes
- Translate all materials (training, messages) within the deadline
- Provide interpretation support for meetings
- Convey manager's messages in the local language to ensure they are understood
- Corporate Ethics: Promote the Daikin Corporate Philosophy and ensure Core Values are adhered to in all company matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent translation and interpretation skills (Japanese must be at least N-3 level)
- Ability to use Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate both internally and externally
- Ability to use Business English Level
